I am often asked by my clients how they can get started with meditation. 

Here are some of the resources I recommend to get started.

  1. A quick timeout: A simple App to help you take a 5 or 10 minute break is Happify.
  2. Reading to learn more about meditation: "Wherever You Go, There You Are: Mindfulness meditation for everyday life" by Jon Kabet-Zinn (also anything on youtube by him)
  3. Education courses: Search Inside yourself - developed at Google - they do 2 day courses around the world
  4. Sahaja Yoga: this is a meditation that you can do in about 10 minutes - it has a big impact on creating clarity and calming the brain.
